Kate is a freelance makeup artist providing bridal and special occasion  makeup  to enable you to look the most naturally beautiful you can be, whatever the occasion.  Kate trained at the prestige School of Makeup, south Manchester in all aspects of fashion, editorial, bridal, TV and film makeup.

 

Kate specialises in Airbase Airbrush makeup but also uses products from MAC, Illamasqua, Urban Decay and Bobbi Brown,  creating flawless natural looks that

will last all day long and photograph beautifully.  Kate also enjoys creating flattering natural looks for mature brides, understanding herself, the particular needs of a mature skin.

 

During an initial telephone consultation to secure the date and answer any questions you may have, Kate likes to get to know her clients and get a feel for the colours, themes and style that come together to create your perfect look.  A trial session is then arranged typically lasting one to one and a half hours, during which time Kate takes photos and creates a detailed face map of products and techniques used to enable the exact look to be recreated on the big day.  Strip or individual lashes can be included in your look and will be included in the cost of your makeup.  Tattoo coverage is also available.

 

A fully qualified beauty therapist prior to professional training as a makeup artist, Kate can also advise on skin care, eyebrow and eyelash treatments in advance of your big day.
